  • I am confused about the factory-built vs build it yourself options? ​The build it yourself option is cheaper but it talks about local lumbar, I don’t understand? ​Right, but wouldn’t we be the one to assemble it anyways with the factory-built one?

    The difference would be that the Factory Built playsets are built at the facility (there would still be some light assembly required once delivered) and it would include the post and beams. Build it Yourself playset kits include all the hardware but the lumber would be purchased separately at a lumberyard.

The estimated Set-Up time for 2 people is 3 to 5 hours. The factory-built wooden sets are custom built and available in approximately two weeks.
