Not all products on our website ship to both Canada and the US. Some items are only available for shipping within Canada, while others are only available for shipping within the US. To find out which brands and products can be shipped to your location, please visit the Product Availability by Country

It depends on your location and whether your item can be shipped via ground shipping (FedEx or UPS) or via freight.
For ground shipments, your order will be delivered within 1-8 business days of the time your order is processed.
For freight shipments, travel time is 4-15 business days depending on the distance between your home and warehouse. This time does not include any lead time for the supplier to prepare your item (1-3 business days) for pick-up and time for the carrier to pick-up your item (1-4 business days).

Unless explicit stated in the product description, mattresses are not included with any of our beds.
We do have a selection of mattresses you can purchase.
Yup. Beds are not pre-assembled.

That said, all the necessary hardware 🔩 to build each bed is included, as well as all the instructions you will need to assemble your new furniture.

Absolutely! You will get a tracking number for your order as soon as your item is picked up for delivery and you can reach out to us any time to check on its status.
