At this time, we ship within the continental USA only (lower 48 states). We ship within this reason at no charge to you! For more info see our shipping policy.
We plan to expand shipping our in 2022. Stay tuned!
It depends on your location and whether your item can be shipped via FedEx or UPS or via freight.
For freight shipments, travel time is 2-10 business days depending on the distance between your home and warehouse. This time does not include any lead time for the supplier to prepare your item (1-3 business days) for pick-up and time for the carrier to pick-up your item (1-4 business days).
Also, we are not going to leave freight items on your doorstep! The carrier will contact you to book a convenient time for your purchase to be delivered.
Yup. Beds are not pre-assembled.

That said, all the necessary hardware 🔩 to build each bed is included, as well as all the instructions you will need to assemble your new furniture.

We aim to offer a growing selection of items that are sustainably made and are certified non-toxic. Each item is rated according to how rigorously it meets environmental and toxicity standards. For more information see our environmental ratings.
Our bed sizes have been manually measured by humans, so don't expect them to be exact.
That said, the product when it arrives should be within a 0-4 inches of the measurements as stated. If your bed doesn't fit in your space because of an error on our part, we will cover the cost of your return. Please contact email@example.com or read our No Monkey Business Guarantee.
Our No Monkey Business Guarantee only covers any errors we might make with your order (and we don't expect to make any!). We also cover any defects, missing pieces, or damage caused in transit.
