Mistakes do happen. If you end up with the wrong item on your doorstep, know that we won't leave you hanging. In the highly unlikely event that you receive the wrong item (note: it hasn't happened yet!), we will pay for its return and ship you what you ordered.
If your order is damaged or defective, we will replace any damaged pieces or offer you a refund for the parts that were damaged. We will reach out to you to ask for photos of the entire product, its packaging, and the damaged parts.
