I am confused about the factory-built vs build it yourself options? The build it yourself option is cheaper but it talks about local lumbar, I don’t understand? Right, but wouldn’t we be the one to assemble it anyways with the factory-built one?
The difference would be that the Factory Built playsets are built at the facility (there would still be some light assembly required once delivered) and it would include the post and beams. Build it Yourself playset kits include all the hardware but the lumber would be purchased separately at a lumberyard.

I ordered the Cinnamon futon bunk bed in Natural. It was easy to assemble, it is very sturdy and the finish is beautiful. My Grandkids love it and the futon opens and closes easily. Ordering from Monkey Bunks was flawless, they are very responsive to questions and the delivery was right on time. A great product!
