Returning your purchase
We work with a number of wonderful suppliers, and the return policy depends on the item. For most items, the cost of shipping is too high to accommodate returns.
In order to be eligible for a return, your item must have been purchased within the last 30 days and be in the same condition that you received it (i.e., unused and in its original packaging). Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. While you will have to pay the cost of shipping to return your item, we will pay any restocking fees incurred to accommodate your return.
Once your return item has been received back in its unused condition, you can expect to receive a full refund for the item within 5 business days.

Damages and related issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will require several photos of the product, its packaging, and the damaged parts.
Any damage should be reported within 10 days of receiving your item in order to ensure your return will be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
