How much is the mattress

For a top bunk, the ideal mattress thickness is 6 inches and no more than 7 inches. Any taller will compromise safety as the mattress will be too high for the guardrails to be protective. For the bottom bunk, we'd recommend a matching mattress but of course, you can also get a thicker one as there are no guardrails anyway. Note: You do not need a box spring for this bed at all because slats are included.

Elegance Round Baby Bassinet with Canopy

I ordered the Cinnamon futon bunk bed in Natural. It was easy to assemble, it is very sturdy and the finish is beautiful. My Grandkids love it and the futon opens and closes easily.
