How do your beds ship? Wondering if we'll be able to get the larger sections up the standard stairs in our house. We'd be interested in the twin over Queen log bed. Thanks!
The beds are not assembled when they ship - the pieces arrive via truck (LTL) on a pallet. So you should be able to get the pieces up the stairs and assemble the beds in your desired room.
We are able to offer white-glove service (where the delivery crew unpackages the furniture pieces in the room of your choice) for an extra cost. We can reach out and get a quote for you for this additional service when the bed is ready for shipping.
