    The wooden sets for Factory Built are custom built and will be available in approximately two weeks plus 1-3 weeks ship time, for Built It Yourself however, it will be shipped the next day and might arrive sooner than expected.

  • ​What is the weight limit on the Cliff-hanger bronze?

    Cliff-hanger Bronze Playset has 9 planned activities, only one child for each single planned activity should be allowed on this set at one time, with a maximum weight of 105 pounds for each child.

  • Are there any options to customize? I am looking for the Cliff-Hanger with some sort of slide.

    There is no way to attach a slide to the Cliff-Hanger. Playstar does not recommend altering the design in any way. PlayStar invests a tremendous amount of resources to develop playsets that meet all the requirements set forth in the playground safety standards.
