The quality of the train table was excellent; however customer service while putting it together was not. There were 2 brackets included that my husband and I couldn't figure out where to install. There were no pre-drilled holes for them and nothing in the instructions about them. Very pleased with my purchase. We were looking for a playground that would last a long time and remain interesting to our kids for many years. This is a bit more expensive than the standard mass-produced playground, but SOOO much better quality. This thing will last forever! The entire process went smoothly from questions before purchase to ordering to shipping faster than expected to delivery. More of the playground was pre-assembled than I expected and was packed very well. I was able to build the entire thing in 1 day with only 1 other person helping for a couple hours. Post-purchase customer service was also great. There were no missing pieces, but I did have a slight gap at one end of the bridge when built. I asked if one more log could be sent to fill the gap, and they sent it free of charge right away.
Have 3 of them now.. perfectly designed- real redwood. Will last 50 yrs. Took about 35 min to put together- 45 min to seal it. Did two coats, came out great.

This is the perfect house bed- it's even cuter in person and such good quality. It's sturdy and low to the ground (which is so important for a toddler transitioning from a crib) also the house structure helps keep my daughter in her bed rather than rolling out. So happy with this bed and Monkey Bunks!
We love these chairs. Our toddler uses it daily. Sturdy but lightweight enough for them to move it around.
